Mix Ingredients:

  • 3 Ripened Bananas
  • ½ Cup of melted Butter or Coconut Oil
  • 2 Free-Range Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 3 Cups of Almond Flour
  • ¼ Tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • ¼ Cup Unsulphured dried apricots (can use raisins, cranberries etc)

Often I will add Blueberries as a treat.

Mix all wet ingredients together.

Mix all dry ingredients together.  

And then mix well together.

Bake at 325 Degrees F. for 25-35 minutes
