Grain-Free Porridge, 2 Ways


2 Tbsp almond butter
1⁄4 cup shredded coconut
6 Tbsp warm water or coconut milk (full-fat)
1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)


Pumpkin Tahini (Nut-Free)

1 Tbsp tahini (raw or roasted)
1⁄2 cup warm water
1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 Tbsp raisins
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Transfer to a saucepan, and heat over a low flame until it reaches your desired temperature.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
1 large serving
